Hallmark Infrastructure will raise $20 million from private equity

Hallmark Infrastructure has planned to raise funds of $20 million from private equity for its 40 acre residential development of villas and row houses in Chennai.

The proposed project will be constructed in Mahindra World City (MWC) in Chennai.

Paracor Capital Advisors will help Hallmark Infrastructure for the fund raising program.

Earlier Hallmark Infrastructure raised funds twice from Private equity of total amount Rs 100 crore for Golden County and Emerald projects in Chennai.

Presently Hallmark is developing projects for IT SEZ, a warehouse, a shopping mall, a residential township, villas and service apartments at Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai.
