HC asks details from HUDA for Constructions near TBRL
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) to furnish all the details of the constructions allowed by them to come up within 1,000 yards of TBRL.
The Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory (TBRL) is a prohibited zone for construction. It is located in Urban Estate, Ramgarh.
It is recorded that a police station and housing colonies by big builders had been allowed by HUDA to be developed within 1,000 yards of TBRL.
The High Court has directed HUDA to furnish the details of all such constructions which have been allowed by HUDA within 1,000 yards of TBRL, within a period of four weeks.
Any construction in the range of 1000 yards of TBRL are illegal construction. With this decision the real estate projects in Chandigarh will be affected.
