High hopes for the new project: Anand Mahindra
The Mahindra Group has been working towards making its debut in the segment of less expensive houses in the city of Chennai. According to reliable sources, the project should be established by the month of July within this year itself.
In conversation with Anand Mahindra, who happens to be the Chairman of the Mahindra Group along with Anita Arjundas, the Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Development Limited, some vital pieces of information were drawn out.
They said that the process of doing business must be swift so that land can be acquired. The execution also matters here. This is why it is so important while carrying out all works related to business. If the quality is good and work is finished within a particular time frame, then the business model will be replicable and successful. Not just, the industry will begin to progress quicker.
Further, they said that if things work out the way it has been planned, then this project would be profitable indeed. They are not looking for any kind of lending. If the mathematics is correct, then nothing can stop the project from becoming big.
