High rising apartments still not allowed at Jubilee Hills
The height restrictions for the apartments in the posh localities of Jubilee Hills and Banjara hills is still kept up to 10 meters.
The builders are not allowed to construct five floor apartments unless the construction site is surrounded by a 12 meter wide road.
The new provisions in the new building rule of the state says plots of 50 meters or less will be officially recognized for apartments constructions.
One cellar is allowed for buildings being constructed on 500 to 750 sq mt plots.
The validity period of building permission granted by municipal bodies has been increased from three years to five years.
A room for watchman is allowed to be constructed in cellar.
Government allows non-habitable such as generators, treatment plants and, laundry in 10 per cent of the total parking area.
