High spirits of optimism seen among Asian countries

No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Jun 23, 2014

In all of the top companies of Asia, the business sentiment has reached its peak within a period of two years in the second half of this year. It is amazing to see how sharply changes took place in the political scenario. In fact, there were some positive signals seen from China too.

Last year the INSEAD Asia Business Sentiment Index was 64. This year it has jumped to a 74. This has been the highest reading so far. Usually an indication of the number 50 shows a very positive look. Change was noticed in countries like India and Thailand where the markets witnessed a bigger index. Not just that, China and Australia saw scores such as 67 and 79. This clearly shows some positive signs.

Anthony Chan who happens to be a senior economist for an asset management firm in Asia said that the United States of America is seeing stronger growth at the moment. China on the other hand has been trying to come up with ways in which the collapse can be prevented. These are also positive links.

However, there are chances that these signs might be very short lived. India yet hasn’t got its reality check after the recent elections. China will only be able to create a very short term gain and there is still a lot that is pending when it comes to Thailand.
