Hilton, Hirise Hospitality sign deal for new hotel in Ahmedabad
On Tuesday, Hilton Worldwide said in an announcement that it has signed a management deal with Hirise Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The deal pertains to a new ‘DoubleTree’ hotel by Hilton Ahmedabad.
According to the details shared by Hilton in a recent statement, DoubleTree will be a 178-room hotel. It will feature distinctive conference and event facilities, including a 9,000-sq ft area earmarked for mid-sized business events and social gatherings. The hotel will also have a 24-hour business centre.
Hilton also revealed that some of the other noteworthy features of the DoubleTree hotel in Ahmadabad will include three dining outlets, round-the-clock fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, and a full service spa.
Hilton’s recently-announcement management pact with Hirise Hospitality marks the expansion of Hilton’s portfolio in India. Three new hotels – DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore; Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks; and Hilton Jaipur – were announced by Hilton earlier this year. The company is also apparently set to launch DoubleTree by Hilton Agra.
Hilton Worldwide presently runs its operations in India under its two full-service, upmarket brands, namely DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and; as well as its two mid-market brands — Hampton by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn.
