Hiranandani Developers launch their new project
Hiranandani Developers recently launched a residential project called Rodas Enclave at Hiranandani Estate in Thane. The project will comprise two BHK to five BHK apartments and the price will range between Rs 1.6 crore (for a two BHK) and Rs 8 crore (for a five BHK).
Located in the vicinity of Ulhas River, Rodas Enclave is the latest project launched in the township of Hiranandani Estate, comprising 18 buildings. Rodas Enclave is a luxury project with the concept of spacious living said Niranjan Hiranandani, managing director, Hiranandani Developers.
The 18 buildings will comprise 18, 24, and 28 floors, a floating clubhouse, a green zone, avenues for recreation and entertainment, perched on an elevated podium. The towers will be surrounded by a podium garden, and the outdoor amenities will be made accessible for residents alone, the company said in a statement
This is a luxury project that is going to come up in Mumbai. As stated the construction would boast all kinds of amenities apart from that it would also have recreation and entertainment zones on an elevated podium.
