Home buyers to have attractive payment scheme by next year

Residential propertyIf you are planning to buy a residential property next year, you are going to get many attractive mode and scope of payment scheme but there will be cut short of amenities and facilities in the project.

Real estate developers understood that because of overpricing, the properties in India are not getting sold out and even freebies are also not helping them to boost up the realty sales. Real estate developers will offer buyers innovative pre-launch benefits in order to increase the sales and lure home buyers.

In a report, Jones Lang Lasalle India, said that developers having large -scale projects and unsold inventory will face tough time in compared with smaller projects and limited inventory.

There will be less residential project launches in Chennai and Bangalore in 2013, in compared to this year. Both the cities has witnessed a historical high in terms of launches. In 2013, launches of retail projects will increase. Chennai, Pune, kolkata and Hyderabad will play a major role to this increase, with a 53 percent share of the country’€™s overall mall supply for 2013.

India’s major cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, NCR-Delhi, Pune. Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata will see the addition of close to 9.5 million square feet of mall space in 2013 as some of the projects in India which was expected to complete by 2012 has been pushed to 2013.

70 percent of the total retail space absorption will be contributed by NCR-Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Bangalore and the remaining 30 percent from cities like Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad.
