Home sales dropped across country
Volume of home sales dropped in most micro markets across the country in the first quarter of the year.
An Edelweiss research report states that home sales dropped the most in NCR, followed by Chennai and Hyderabad.
Most developers across the country reported a seasonal decline.
Revenues of 13 listed real estate firms declined by a marginal two per cent year-on-year basis and were down 19 per cent Quarter on Quarter basis. The aggregate net debt of 11 companies went up marginally to Rs 42200 crore as against Rs 41600 crore at the end of Q4FY12.
