Housing project for elderly people in Gujarat
The Ashiana Housing, a Delhi based realty firm recently entered into an agreement with a land owner to develop a housing project for elderly people in Gujarat.
The housing project is estimated to cost Rs 60 crore comprising of 500 housing units under the project at Halol in Gujarat.
With this housing project Ashiana has entered into Gujarat realty sector to bring in major and positive growth and changes in realty sector.
Long time ago Ashiana had entered Kolkata property market by acquiring about 10 acres of land from Bengal Shriram Hitech.
At present the housing have expanded their projects in cities like; Jaipur, Bhiwadi, Jamshedpur and Pune. A retirement resort at the Lavasa township in Pune is the current ongoing project of Ashiana group.
