Housing projects in Nashik are on hold
The Nashik Municipal Corporation has put on hold to the approval process for all the housing plans.
Due to this hold construction of more than 100 residential projects in Nashik have not started yet.
The town planning department is waiting for the detailed guideline on 20% reservation in housing projects for weaker sections.
The construction work in the city have reduced due to non approval of new projects.
According to the builders this slowdown in approval process will increase the construction cost for the housing projects.
