No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Jun 10, 2014

Rao has recently mentioned that the housing scheme which had been made specifically for the poor will now be taken off. Two bedrooms, one hall, one kitchen along with a toilet would be made for the poor.  Each of these houses would be costing Rupees 3 lakhs and would take 125 square yards. He also asked Smita Sabharwal, who happens to be the Medak district collector to open counters from Thursday itself so that application can come soon. Around 5000 houses would be constructed in the first phase and he would himself lay the foundation of stone on them.

The CM has said that within the next 3 years, there are going to be around 2-3 lakhs of agricultural land that would be irrigated in his constituency. Steps would also be taken to bring the waters of Godavari for this purpose.

All the sarpanches, members of the MPTC and ZPTC have been urged by the chief minister to put all their political difference separately and work towards developing the state. Representatives of different political parties had also been invited in order to have meeting with Gajwel in the Medak district.
