HUDA chief to receive emails directly from the complainants
HUDA has come up with a novel approach to act swiftly on the complaints of the consumers. In one of its kind of steps, the agency has opened a new email account to receive complaints from residents. In the words of HUDA administrator, PC Meena, “Anyone can mail the complaint at hudagurgaoncomplaints@gmail.com with their details and contact numbers. I will personally access each and every email and monitor the progress.” He further added, “All the officials have been directed to take action on each complaint in a time-bound manner and send a report to me.”
Welcoming the agency’s decision of providing an email facility, the public demanded strict monitoring of the complaints. President of sector 5 and 6 RWA, Meenu Singh said on the move: “The email facility is good but what about the monitoring of the complaints. The HUDA officials take no action on written complaints, only time will tell as how they handle emails.” She agreed that the residents face a lot of problems mostly related to completion certificate and poor infrastructure in the colonies.
