HUDA threatens developers over maintenance of colonies!
Developers have to keep a pace over maintenance of colonies in Gurgaon.
After a series of complaints from the resident welfare associations over maintenance, Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) has threatened the local developers to take care of the colonies.
If not done, then the civic body has alleged it will take away their maintenance rights due to the same.
This came into being after the body visited few of the colonies and found encroachment, damaged roads, water logging and stray dogs around.
Residents are happy over the civic body’s motive.
