HYDERABAD: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has decided that builders neglect essential safety measures so as obstructing under-construction sites, installing dust Screens and safety measures for employees throughout a special drive. Of the 445 buildings inspected in 3 days, it had been found 195 under-construction buildings were being built in violation of safety norms. The rules being ridiculed were those concerning obstructing the arrangement, incorporating it with dust covers and waste disposition.
“Few people have even trespassed upon roads and paths to block their under-construction locality” stated GHMC director, plan, K Srinivas Rao. Throughout an inspection by GHMC in the IT Corridor, administrators recognized buildings where the basement was illegally followed up. “A plot landlord was penalized Rs 1.5 lakh for comprehending a basement without discreet measures.
