Hubli residents are living amidst heaps of garbage with no change in scenario.
The numerous promises that were being made by the elected representatives go in vain with no action being taken.
Residents of Toravihakkal and Chennapeth in Hubli are the most affected with also lack of good roads as one of the main issues.
Other issues that they facing with are bad roads, garbage-filled drains and unscientific garbage disposal system.
Even the street lights near the road are also damaged and of no good use.
