Illegal buildings in Hyderabad to face bulldozer
Recently several cities in India are taking action against illegally constructed buildings. In Hyderabad also after a gap of around 20 days, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation or the GHMC has taken strict decision to make a renewal in the crackdown procedure of unauthorized buildings that have been constructed in the city.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation had details about illegal buildings who continued construction defying the plan sanctioned and also broke the construction laws. According to the laws of construction, the builder or the owner of the house must follow the plan sanctioned while the construction is going on else strict action can be taken. Notices have also been issued to the owner of the buildings before the crackdown procedure will be continued.
A special drive will be launched in Hyderbad to meet the purpose of eradication of illegal buildings. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation said at the end that nearly 172 buildings will face the bulldozer action. The 172 buildings include both residential and commercial areas. The GHMC is stern in their decision and they will not make any amendments in their decision. The problem of illegal constructions has risen in these few years. Finally the cities have started taking action to cut down the problem.
