‘India still considered as key realty market for PE funds’

pe fundsNew Delhi- According to a top executive of property advisory firm, CB Richard Ellis-Asia Pacific, India still continues to be a key real estate market for Private Equity funds and other foreign investors although the country has been affected by global economic slowdown.

The Asia Pacific region of India has been considered a place of opportunities for developers who can evaluate many capital sources followed by rearing interested investors.

With the economic situations of countries like  US, Asia Pacific and India getting clearer, several people will find India as an apt place for investment in various real estate segments. Foreign officials expect more amount of funds to be flown in India followed by an improvement in the market sentiment.
