India will soon receive bigger slices of China’s IT

No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Jul 03, 2014

There is a huge possibility that India will receive a larger slice of the information and technology market of China as well as the removal of trade barriers in the sector of pharmaceuticals while a couple of concessions have been granted in the sector of infrastructure. This has been understood according to the plan of a commerce department which was being prepared long before the visit of the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to India who planned on boosting and encouraging the bilateral ties and the reduction of trade deficit.

One of the officials who did not want his identity to be disclosed has mentioned that India cannot match up when it comes to the manufacturing of China. Therefore, in order to balance the deficit, strength should be boosted. Optimum use will be made of IT, pharmaceuticals and tourism.

A meeting has been scheduled in the month of July between India and China which will discuss on matters of pharmaceuticals and IT soon. Last year joint working groups were also established for this very purpose. India has also been making a couple of negotiations of matters of buffalo meat exports with China. A five year road map on trade and economy was shared by China with the Indian government. This showed a significant desire to make some investments in India’s infrastructures.
