propertyBangalore- The Indian Property Show which will be held at an exhibition in Doha this month will have the presence of more than 50 realty players who will showcase their properties. These properties will also include luxury housing and commercial spaces.

Indian Property Show consists of realty developers, banks, real estate agents and the exhibition organizers who are organizing the event. This show will consist of thousands of properties from all over the country.

It is said that displaying numerous properties will help in providing a platform for direct interaction between the potential property buyers and developers. According to the CEO of the exhibition, Indian property market is a hot investment option which has further increased the enquiries and purchases of properties by the NRIs.

He further stated that Indian residential property will remain strong with an increased demand due to its improving business climate and the depreciating rupee of the Indian rupee. This is further attracting the NRIs for their investments.

Other major cities like Delhi and Mumbai are still offering better returns but with other smaller satellite cities like Gurgaon, Noida and Pune, the realty market here has become the key destination for investments. The exhibition will also have seminars which highlight the properties by various developers.

The exhibition will have developers who will showcase their apartments, villas, row houses, retail and commercial properties located in all the Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Noida, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and so on.
