Industry drive on plot ownership
The Udyog Vihar’s industrial association has currently introduced a drive to get more plot owners to apply for official conveyance deeds on their purchase. According to the members of the Udyog Vihar Chamber of Industries, many businessmen do not have conveyance deeds because they have never applied for it even after making full payments.
An association representative says that this topic needs serious attention, else it will cause plot owner’s a serious problem.
Ownership issues of this kind are general in Gurgaon’s industrial belt. Many have challenged HSIIDC’s estate management clauses, in more than one way pitching to regulate full ownership rights of property owners. Transferring an industrial plot, under the current rule, consists of industry authority’s approval and extract extra money as transfer or leasing fees.
An industrialist in Udyog Vihar IV says that we have challenged these rules in legal manner. In next few days we are going to meet the officers to discuss this topic. Haryana’s additional chief secretary has been assigned the duty to solve the issue.
