Inflation rate of property in Noida is highest
In a recent study made by a real estate research firm it is revealed that the cost of properties in Delhi-NCR have increased by an average of 25 percent. Properties in Noida record the highest property inflation rate in the region, with a 48 percent increase in prices.
The research was made over 40,302 residential properties in India. That also covered apartments, flats, new and upcoming projects, individual houses, plots, villas and farm houses.
Apart from this other outcomes of the study are as properties in Gurgaon have recorded the lowest inflation in the region, at 4 percent.
The cost of 1BHK houses in Delhi-NCR region has increased sharply at 16 percent over the year. While the average increase of cost of 2BHK and 3BHK properties in India has been in the range of 5 percent to 6 percent.
It is also found that properties in Ghaziabad have the highest availability of 1BHK apartments in India. Delhi leads in the availability of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in India, 43 percent and 31 percent respectively.
