Isha Homes To Raise Rs 150 Cr
Chennai-based Isha Homes (India) Private Limited is planning to raise Rs.150 Cr through PE to develop two projects in Chennai and one in Coimbatore for a total project value of Rs.500 Cr. Isha Homes is a real estate developer with niche villa homes segment, which entered budget apartments last year. Established in 2004 by Suresh Krishna and S Ramadevi.
The company has delivered three lakh sq. ft. of residential space in addition to 7 lakh sq. ft. of ongoing construction. Its completed projects include Isha’s Signature Villas, a self sufficient gated community spread across 10 acres of lush greenery; Isha Malhaar is located in Sembakkam, Chennai as a community of 16 independent houses; Isha Gitikaa, a community of 19 semi-independent houses among others.
