ISRO Quarters residents receive bills, not water

1 Comment Sub Category:Bangalore,Municipality Posted On: Jul 10, 2012

It has been nearly six months that the residents of ISRO Quarters on G-5 Road (KV NAL Road), Jeevan Bhima Nagar are facing acute drinking water shortage problem.

Ironically, though BWSSB water supply stopped long back, the residents are getting their water bills without fail.

Earlier, water was supplied on alternative days. But now it is almost stopped. The families managed getting water from adjacent Quarters but now since the water shortage issue has even set its roots in neighbouring Quarters too.

This has become an awful experience on the part of residents. In addition, they are getting their water bills promptly every month. The most amusing part is that the bill is often issued for utilizing 1,000 litres of water, while not even a single drop of water is supplied.

There are many situation where we could have to face problems in our life. We should think about our future.

These are the problems which should be occur in our society. But we can also do something like save rain water in water tank, never waster water, check water tap in our bathrooms and toilets etc.

    Thanks
