Jaipur Development Authority to launch two housing schemes soon
After receiving criticism for planning house schemes that did not prove to be beneficial because they were located in distinct areas, the Jaipur Developmental Authority has recently come to a conclusion to launch two new housing schemes within a month. This will become official in the zones of 11 and 14.
There are 35 hectares of land in zone 11 and it has been understood as the village of Balawala. There will be around 850 plots with different sizes developed here. In zone 14, the emerging colony will be regarded as Surya Nagar. The plot size will be between 45 sq meters and 252 sq meters and is located near Titoli village.
Four house schemes have been launched by the Jaipur Development Authority since BJP has come to power. Around Rupees 700 crores were earned from these schemes. Sources have also declared that three housing schemes at Phagi Road and Sanganer Road have been unsuccessful in luring buyers.
Since the colonies were earlier scattered in different and far-off areas, it became quite difficult arrange for funds and look for buyers at the same time. According to the famous property dealer Vijendra Yadav, most buyers are anxious to buy large properties because plot sizes which are equal or less than 90 metres are sold on less reserve price whereas plot sizes between 90 and 160 metres are sold on the same reserved price and 260 metre plots are sold on much higher prices.
