JDA’s planning to launch project in Jaipur
The Jaipur Development Authority is planning to launch a big housing project near Ajmer road. This project is located along in Jaisinghpura, Kaakroda and Privthiraj Singh Pura areas. This project is the major project after the gap of 4 years.
As per the report, the housing project plan has been assigned to the project works committee recently. The official the plan is proposed to be developed around 250 bigha land and will contain 1,510 plots.
An official says that the JDA will plan to allot 1,297 plots through the lottery system while 213 corner plots will go to be auctioned. The size of plots will range between 45 and 360 square metre. The JDA is planning to develop 499 plots of 45 sq m, 343 plots of 90 sq m, 419 plots of 162 sq m, 180 plots of 252 sq m, and 69 plots of 360 sq m.
