Jindal property deal dropped
Rs-320 crore property deal for one-storey bungalow owned by Jindal’s Windsor Residency on Carmichael Road in Mumbai fell down drastically.
It has been learnt that Ajay Mittal of Arshiya International who was in a pace of buying Jindal’s property felt that the price offered was higher than the current market value.
However, when media contacted Mittal, he clearly said to have told that he had not bought Jindal’s property as the issues prevailed in concern with floor space index (FSI) and the building height.
