KSV Developers launch premium project in Chennai
Chennai – KSV developers has launched their first residential project in Chennai named “The Point ” in Guindy which overlooks the Madras Race Course and Gymkhana golf course.
Set up in 2010, KSV developers is the real estate arm of KSV constructions which holds a rich experience of more than 60 years in their field. As per the press release, “The Point ” is an IGBC pre-certified Platinum Green home project.
Guindy is the gateway to Chennai city from the Southern parts of Tamil Nadu and the South Western suburbs of Chennai. This area embraces the only national park named ”Guindy National Park ” in the country within city limits.
According to the Managing Director of KSV developers and KSV constructions, this premium project in Chennai sprawls over 6.5 grounds and comprises of 16 three bedroom signature apartments of size ranging from 2,260 sq ft to 2,360 sqft. The eight apartments will face the race course view and the remaining eight at the rear side.
The price of these luxury apartments is fixed at Rs 12000 per sq ft. For race course view apartments, an additional amount of Rs 500 per sq ft will be charged. Such apartments are priced between Rs 2.8 crore and Rs 3.1 crore.
Apartments are spacious and have large living-dining room outfitted with large continuous decks. They targeted premium segment as much competition is prevailing in budget housing space. The construction work will commence in first week of April 2013, and is expected to completed by March 2015.
