Kumar Urban launches mega township in Pune
Pune- The latest project launch by the Kumar Urban Development is the mega township project in Kharadi, Pune. The first phase of this project is commenced.
However, the Phase-I of this project is divided into three units with the first cluster having six high-rise buildings with 264 residential apartments each. These units will offer 1 BHK units with a carpet area of 376 sq ft. The second unit of the Phase-I will have six buildings with 211 flats offering 2.5 BHK units with a carpet area of 460 sq ft, and the third unit will offer 3 and 4 BHK units with a carpet area of 920 sq mts each.
According to the director of the realty firm, the apartments in Pune are priced from Rs. 20 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh followed by an expectation of the price escalation in the coming months. With Kharadi being one of the fast paced growing localities in Pune, it is likely to experience a massive transformation in the coming months. Kharadi is not just in close proximity of employment area with IT parks but also is in close proximity of the river side road midst lush greenery.
The project is situated just 3.5 km from the EON IT park along with Wagholi just 4 kms away and airport 14 kms away. It is also in close proximity to various high end hotels, hospitals, IT companies and educational institutions.
The director further claimed that one-fourth of the project area has been earmarked for greenery with apartments open on three sides. The project has an array of amenities which include parking space, yoga centre, community halls,children’s park, gymnasium and so on. Apart from this, the project will also have a separate room for all the music lovers with a mini theater and an amphitheatre.
