Lakshachandi Realty aims a 25% increase in revenue

Despite a slowdown in the real estate sector, Mumbai – based Lakshachandi Realty has stated that it expects a 25 per cent increase in revenue in the current fiscal.

The company identifies their success is due to timely execution of its projects.

The realty firm had earned revenues of Rs 250 crore in the last fiscal. It boasts of a portfolio ranged across residential, commercial and retail projects.

The firm has estimated to deliver 30 lakh sqft of space so far, which includes a mix of luxury residential, commercial, retail projects and a hotel.

Most of their residential projects are mainly coming up in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region). The realtors are planning to enter mass housing segment in future.
