Land Circle Rates Reduced in district of Faridabad
The reduction of land circle rates took place in the district of Faridabad. This was based on the registering of property. There are now huge possibilities that the real estate sector shall see some progress. The move has been understood as an effect of the rout of the current party who is in domination after the General Elections of 2014.
One of the members of the association has mentioned that they have been hoping to see the rates lower down a bit from the past two years. A memoranda has been given up by the real estate agents to the authorities so that there could be a little decrease.
Another member of the association named Arjun Dawar said that the recent reduction acted as a good piece of news to all those property buyers who were having a difficult time. In fact there were times when the bank would link property since the consumers often couldn’t pay back the loan as well as the market instalments.
In Sectors 14, 15, 16 and 17, there were quite some changes noticed. It acted as a relief to plenty even though they were not drastic.
