Land pooling policy in fraudulent schemes

No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Jun 30, 2014

According to reliable sources, the land pooling policy of the DDA continues to be at work while investigations on its outcome have already started. Some of the important agents dealing with property have now come up with schemes that are fraudulent through brochures and telemarketing campaigns. These schemes have attached several promises such as selling plots that too on shallow claims such as plots being designated by DDA’s land pooling sites.

The policy on which the realty sector are expecting quite a lot of gains as well as selling the plots is about 3-4 months away. In fact on of the developers of the property has also posted an advertisement online about a plot located in Delhi’s Najafgarh which has been marked by the DDA as a land pooling site.

There are extra bits of information given away by the website which says what the land pooling policy really means. The points of attraction here have also been listed. There are many organizations in fact which have started to make heavy investments in Mehrauli, Bijwasan, Najafgarh and Chhatarpur. There are housing societies which are surely going to come up in this area. However, the inclusion in the land pooling policy hasn’t received any conformation yet.
