Le Solitarian launches new ‘Solitairian City’ residential project on Yamuna Expressway
A new residential project – Solitairian City – has been launched by Noida-based real estate developer Le Solitairian on Yamuna Expressway. The new project is in close proximity to the F1 stand at Yamuna Expressway.
The new ‘Solitairian City’ residential project extends across an area of 16.54 acres, with an additional 8.1 acres earmarked as green area. The residential units comprising the core of the new project will include 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments and villas.
The size of the residential units in the ‘Solitairian City’ complex will range from 980 sq ft for the smallest 2BHK units to a whopping 4,350 sq ft for the capacious 4BHK units. The base price of the 3BHK and 4BHK units will be Rs 3,850 per sq ft; while the other units will cost approximately Rs 3,350 per sq ft.
The ‘Solitairian City’ project will be laid out in a total of 11 high-rise towers of 2BHK units; and 2 towers of 3BHK and 4BHK units. The complex will offer the residents a horde of high-end modern-day, including sky club, sky gym and private pools.
Highlighting the fact that ‘Solitairian City’ will be an upscale residential project, Le Solitairian’s Chairman and Managing Director Harjeet Singh Sahni said that “commitment to timely delivery and quality construction” is a Le Solitairian specialty; and added: “Solitairian City is a niche but ambitious project.”
