Lemon Tree Hotels in joint venture with Laskhana Consultants and Hoteliers
Carnation Hotels, the hotel management joint venture partner of Lemon Tree Hotels, has signed a management contract for building a Lemon Tree Hotel with Laskhana Consultants and Hoteliers. The hotel is presently under development at Kalapatti in Coimbatore.
The 60-room hotel will cater to the rapidly growing IT (information technology) destination of Kalapatti and is just 4 kms from the airport. Post completion, Lemon Tree Hotel opens its doors to guests in 2016. Laskhana is part of the SNR Sons Charitable Trust, which runs hospitals and dental colleges in Coimbatore.
The Lemon Tree hotels are a luxury chain of hotels which has come together in a joint venture. This is a huge project and will be coming up very soon. This will probably change the scene in Coimbatore as it goes along. The construction works should end in sometime around 2016. This has been stated by the authorities of the luxury chain group. This joint venture was been talked about since long and has finally took place. The Lemon Tree Hotels is looking forward to the inaugural.
