Lucky draw winners for Shubh Griha announced by Tata Housing
Tata Housing Development Company Ltd, announced the list of the beneficiaries of their affordable housing project near Ahmedabad.
The company has declared the 950 winners of the first phase of “Shubh Griha” project through a lucky draw.
Subha Griha is a mega integrated sustainable green township, spread across 135 acres in Ahmedabad.
The project received approximately 4000 application for its 950 apartments.
The cost of the apartments are in a range of 7.92 lakhs to 12.33 lakh.
The list of winners would be displayed on the company Web site and include names of the waitlisted people. Those not allotted any flats will get their refunds within a few days.
