Luxury apartments to be launched in Bangalore
The “Garden city” Bangalore will soon welcome the launch of luxurious apartments!
Yes, luxurious apartments in Bangalore has been planned to be constructed at the land belonging to public sector enterprise Mysore Lamps Limited.
In concern with the same, Chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda has directed BDA commissioner Bharat Lal Meena to approve and commence the construction of luxurious apartment project on Mysore Lamps land.
The land belonging to Mysore Lamps is spread across 39 acres. The Home Minister has also joined hands for this project wherein he has suggested to construct housing for weaker sections.
The minsters in charge have decided to write a letter to government for funds as the Mysore Lamps generated a huge loss of Rs 165 crore.
