Malaxmi Group enters the property development business with a 100 crore investment
Malaxmi Group, Hyderabad-based company, making its entry into the property development business with an investment of about Rs. 100 crore. The project named Sentosa, is a luxury real estate project located in in Vijayawada of about 2,500 sq.ft each, with servant quarters, priced in the Rs. 1 crore range. The project will complete within 18 months.
Malaxmi group, is an infrastructure development headquartered in Hyderabad. This young and dynamic group is active and passionate in the areas of Energy, Agribusiness, Property Development and Education. Y Harish Chandra Prasad, being a Director on the Board of several Companies, is the promoter of Malaxmi Group.
Harish Chandra Prasad in a press conference announced its plans for setting up a luxury real estate project with investment of about Rs. 100 crore in the phase one and make it a signature project in Vijayawada.
Malaxmi Group also announced the opening up of The Culture Centre in Vijayawada, aimed at promoting arts, culture and literature. The Culture Centre would be supported by the group till it becomes a self-supportive Culture Centre.
