Manesar attracts home buyers due to affordability
New-Delhi- With the property prices increasing all over Delhi and Gurgaon, home buyers are now rushing towards Manesar which is a little further from Gurgaon.
The NH-8 acts as a great connection between Manesar and Gurgaon as the distance between them is just 16 km an the travelling time is barely 20 minutes. However, the closest railway station in Gurgaon is just 20 km away. As per a realty expert, the new Gurgaon Master Plan has reduced the distance between Gurgaon and Manesar due to the innumerable sectors coming up like Sector 78, 79, 80, 81 and more adjacent to it.
Commuting from Manesar is quite easy as the IGI Airport is just 34 km from here and the government also plans to extend the present metro line which terminates at HUDA city centre.
There are also plans to complete the 135km-long Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway in May 2013 which will further ease the connectivity from Manesar. Also the plans to complete the two highways from Manesar will improve the connectivity. Sohna Road is also a good exception for people to travel from Manesar, Golf Course Extension Road and Golf Course Road.
Manesar has easy connectivity to NH-8 which has many industrial townships around. People working in these industrial sectors can easily travel. The area also has innumerable infrastructural developments coming up with equal number of employment opportunities. All of these factors eventually attract a large number of home buyers and henceforth Manesar is turning out to be the hot spot for property investment.
