Marbella in Lonavala launched by Legend Siroya group
Legend Siroya Realtors, formerly known as Siroya Developers having 60 projects to their credit in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad, has come up with a brand new project in Mumbai called Marbella.
The 38-villa project has been recently launched in Lonavala, Mumbai. The luxury township project will be constructed as per Spanish architecture and is inspired by a town of the same name in southern Spain.
Marbella is located on the Mumbai-Pune express highway and about 100 meters from the famous Fariyas Resort. It is one of the prime locales in Lonavala and is often termed as the Altamont Road of Lonavala.
The project boasts of a river flowing from the side and a dam will be built to ensure that the river level is sufficient to beautify the area, and improve water conservation.
The villas will have a lobby height of 40ft which is double than the usual height of villas. All the properties in the complex will be spacious, airy and will have a scenic view.
The project is expected to be completed in the next two years. The 3 BHK villas offer 3,400 sq ft and will cost around Rs 2 crore, while the 5 BHK villas of 7,500 sq ft will cost around Rs 5 crore. The construction of this state of the art project will have a good effect on price appreciation of properties in Lonavala in the neighbourhood.
The main USP of the project is that each villa has been provided with a wind turbine, so that wind energy can be utilised to operate generators in case of a power cut making it eco-freindly.
