Mega housing scheme to be developed by Jaipur Development Authority
Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) plans to launch a mega housing scheme project soon near the Ajmer road.
The plan is to develop houses on around 250 bigha land and will have 1,510 plots. The layout plan of the housing project has been approved in the project works committee meet on Tuesday. It is titled Anand Vihar. It will be located along in Jaisinghpura, Kaakroda and Privthiraj Singh Pura areas.
As informed by an official, 1,297 plots will be allotted through a lottery system, while 213 corner plots will be sold through auctions. The plot sizes will be between 45 and 360 square metre. The details of the plots under the plan are — 499 plots of 45 square metre , 343 plots of 90 square metre , 419 plots of 162 square metre , 180 plots of 252 square metre and 69 plots of 360 square metre.
The reserve price for the land is estimated to be approximately Rs 8,000. Chief minister Vasundhara Raje has been invited to launch the scheme.
JDA had earlier launched Amritkunj scheme near Kalwar road in 2010.
