Monthly rentals increasing in Hyderabad properties
A.S. Rao Nagar is emerging as costliest rental localities in Hyderabad.
The place has witnessed the steepest hike of 26.7% in monthly rentals that rose to Rs 95 per sqft.
Punjagutta area of Hyderabad is another hotspot destination for the residents. The rental rates has increased upto Rs 120 per sq ft with a 20 percent hike.
The hike in rental price in A S Rao Nagar has beaten the other preferred high street destinations in India like Kolkata’s Park Street that grew 14.30% in terms of monthly rentals.
Khadar Nawaz Khan Road of Chennai also saw a 10.8% rise in rentals rates.
