No Comments Sub Category:Realty News Posted On: Sep 08, 2014

The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has approved the height of the proposed multi-level parking facility at the Botanical Garden Metro station. The Rs 500-crore project will have 23 levels with 6 floors designated for parking and the others for commercial purposes.

To build any structure above 30 metres in height, it is necessary to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the AAI. The project is 80-metre high so we had to seek AAI approval as said a senior Noida Authority official. The proposal had been sent for approval a few months ago.

This approval was crucial as the project will address parking issues in the city. Soon we will hold a meeting with the top brass after which the work on the project will begin he added. This multi level parking system that is going to be installed at the Botanical Garden Metro station will help to meet the parking facility problems that is often get to faced in this region. Probably the work will be beginning post a few months and the construction work might take around a year.
