Multi-storey apartments near Hebbal flyover witness 17% hike
The Hebbal Flyover is doing good in terms of sale as well as areas in the vicinity of the flyover are witnessing rapid growth and expansion.
In October-December quarter the property price of multi-storey apartments have increased by 17 percent in Hebbal flyover.
According to industry expert, Hebbal Flyover is expected to become city centre soon. Sale prices of multi-storey apartments have shot up by Rs 7-10 lakh during the last quarter. People are getting attracted to buy properties near Hebbal Flyover as the area is close to airport and Manyata Tech Park. Hebbal Flyover is only 6-7 kms from Electronic city.
Hebbal Flyover also has good transport services along with shopping centres and malls. It is near to Silk Board and road leading to MG Road. It has a great connectivity to north, south, east and west zones of the area.
In this area the demand for 2 and 3 BHK apartments are more. The sale price of 2 BHK now ranges between Rs 50-70 lakh for 1,200 sq ft area, whereas, the cost of 3 BHK has gone up to Rs 70-1.10 crore spread in 1,500-1,700 sq ft area. Earlier, the 2 BHK and 3 BHK were available for Rs 50-60 lakh and Rs 70-1 crore, respectively.
Who are buying properties in this area?
Mostly IT people and business class people are buying properties here. The area is safe and secure and has police stations with effective police patrolling also. As there are more buyers and less investors, end-users’ and investors’ ratio stands at 80:20.
Shobha Constructions are coming with projects in Hebbal Flyover which also hosts several companies such as Astra Zeneca, Integra Micro Software Services, CEFA and MRO Tech.
