Mumbai real estate builders call off strike!
The real estate builders in Mumbai have called off for strike and it is scheduled for May 3, 2012.
The Builders Association of India along with the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry and the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India had called for strike protesting the delay in realty project approvals.
According to the latest new update, Mr Prithviraj Chavan MCHI has made presentation on the issue faced by realty developers and has requested for a single window clearance for housing projects in Mumbai.
Also, it has been learnt that the Chief Minister has assured MCHI to address all the issues in concern with real estate developers and builders.
