Mumbai slums to be converted to Hyde Park

Marriott International which happens to be a partner with Oberoi Realty has finally decided to come up with the Ritz Carlton hotel. This will be located in the city of Mumbai. It consists of luxury homes and shall be an eminent part of the slum redevelopment.

Vikas Oberoi who happens to be a billionaire has mentioned that this shall be considered as India’s One Hyde Park. The penthouse shall definitely be the most expensive in the country. India’s second biggest developer which is Oberoi Realty along with the Sahara Group has been working towards the development of the Worli area. Ritz Carlton which at the moment consists of 238 rooms is owned by Marriott and will be working in one of the two towers in the project itself.

Oberoi has also said once that they feel fortunate to have a prime minister like Narendra Modi who has clear focus on how he would like to take the country forward. All they really need at the moment is to make the rules much simpler and give us allowance to work. There was a sense of optimism since the new Prime Minister as he assured that he will definitely help in reviving the Asia’s third largest economy along with its real estate industry.
