Napean Sea apartment in Mumbai sold for Rs 39 crore
A sea-facing Napean Sea apartment has been sold for Rs 39 crore to Jindals. This real estate transaction is a record in Mumbai realty sector.
The 35-storied Tanhee Heights is one of the plushest residential buildings in south Mumbai. It has a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a club house and a community centre. This will be the Jindals’ fourth apartment in the building.
The flat offers an unhindered view of the Arabian Sea. In the deal, the Jindals have got one enclosed and three open parking lots in the apartment complex.
This apartment earlier belonged to the Bhimjyanis, who are one of the most reputed developers in Mumbai with ongoing projects in Thane and Vidyavihar. The family also has substantial land holdings in Raigadh district.
The Bhimjyanis till a couple of years ago were partners with builder Mukesh Patel in Neelkanth Group. The partnership firm developed a bungalow project on land owned by the Bhimjyanis in Thane in 2010.
