Narol – Aslali, Vatva among rising residentail localities in Ahmedabad
Rapid urbanisation into Ahmedabad has pushed the demand for housing and commercial spaces in the city in the last few years.
As traditional localities like SG Road, Bopal, Satellite etc have been saturated, new localities have emerged as realty destinations – Vatva and Narol-Aslali Road.
Narol – Aslali vicinity is emerging as the fastest developing territory of Ahmedabad as more than 50 to 60 thousand new residencies are to open in the area, which will accommodate more than 1.5 lakh individuals. New projects have started to come up near Narol Circle, Maninagar Railway Station, Vatva GIDC, S P Ring Road, City Center.
Apart from Narol – Aslali, Vatva and New Vatva have been developed to provide high quality housing at low cost. These areas are not yet saturated and have the advantage of well connectivity through public transportation.
