Nashik-an Emerging Destinations
Nashik is the administrative headquarters of Nashik district and Nashik Division. It is located in the northwest of Maharashtra, 180 km from Mumbai and 202 km from Pune. The locations that were once ignored for residential purpose have become hot property destinations. Today it is being considered as the premium residential location of the city, with malls, multiplexes, colleges and international schools, finance offices, eateries, fitness centres, in its vicinity.
Not long back, the Gangapur Road running parallel to the College Road of the city used to be a sort of least preferred location for housing purpose. Developers say buying a property in the external developing areas of a city is always a good proposition, since you get to have amenities of your choice that many not be possible in the heart of the city due to space constraints. Areas around College Road, Gangapur Road, Jail Road, Indira Nagar, Pipeline Road, Ashok Nagar and Trimbak Road could loosely be categorized as the newly developed outer areas of Nashik.
