Navin Housing & Properties announces new project
Navin Housing & Properties, a Chennai-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of its new project Navin’s Septem. Located at Indira Nagar, one of the tony neighbourhoods in Adyar, this residential project will offer 56 units of two BHK condominiums that range in size between 929 sq ft and 942 sq ft.
The project will set a new benchmark and standards for mini condos in the city, the company said in a statement. The project offers a host of features and modern amenities for its prospective residents, including a pleasing landscape and a pathway with interlocking pavers.
Septem will also incorporate earthquake resistant RCC framed structure walls, matt finish tile flooring and pneumatic pressure pump system for even water supply, the statement added. Kumar who is the founder and managing director, Navin’s Housing & Properties said that they are happy to launch a project located right in the heart of Adyar. This new project will be luxury project that would be coming up in Chennai and would probably start by this year end.
