New Gurgaon the next big destination for real estate development in NCR
With the toll for commuters between Delhi and Gurgaon having been discontinued, and with traffic on National Highway-8 having become much smoother, the realty sector in the NCR region is apparently looking towards its next big destination — New Gurgaon.
There has been a substantial increase in demand for housing in the New Gurgaon areas of late, especially Sectors 99 to 112, 37D, 58 to 62, 63, 68, 78, 79, 80, 81, 84, and 85, among others.
The New Gurgaon area holds great promise for the real estate players because it boasts all the imaginable pre-requisites that a modern, world-class city is expected to posses. The facilities which are increasingly attracting realty developers to New Gurgaon include excellently-planned physical infrastructure, including roads, power and water supply, sanitation, and sewage disposal mechanism.
In addition, the New Gurgaon area also boasts an exceptional social infrastructure, which chiefly comprises schools, colleges, malls, and entertainment hubs. Moreover, New Gurgaon area is conveniently connected with the 505-bed multispecialty Rockland Hospital, along NH8 in IMT Manesar.
New Gurgaon’s expedient connectivity with Delhi via the Expressway, the proposed Metro link and bus service, is an added attraction. The area can now be easily accessed from any location in the NCR via three main corridors — the NH-8; the Dwarka-Gurgaon Road (Northern Peripheral Road); and Gurgaon-Sohna Road (Southern Peripheral Road).
